Every woman who steps into The Lab has her own story: some arrive exhausted, others unsure of their next step, some ready to lead but stuck in old patterns. What they all have in common? The courage to do corporate differently — and the results that follow.

I was stuck in a rut of people pleasing and working in a profession that I did not find fulfilling because I thought I had no alternative... I had invested too much time, energy and money to make a change.
Live coaching sessions, masterclasses, community support, Podcast and
the ongoing support of the group chat
I feel confident in my ability to make decisions for myself based on what I want in life, and have the tools to set boundaries that work for me. I’ve found a community of women where I can show up as myself without judgement and support and be supported.

I have had high stress, difficult periods in my career at different times, but after returning to work after my second child I burnt out. Spectacularly. It took me months to re-set my nervous system and I wasn’t sure if I would ever be able to return to that level of seniority.
Live coaching sessions, masterclasses, community support, Podcast....I have loved finding a community in the live coaching sessions and group calls.
You don’t have to share if you don’t want to. But when you do you are met with support, suggestions and the realisation that anything you’re struggling with is not a reflection of you. You’re not a failure. We’re all trying to succeed in a system that’s not set up to encourage ‘balance’. I also love the little things Mollie does, like setting up a ‘corporate devotionals’ podcast, which lets you dip into little bits of calm/perspective at any time.

A place to discuss and reflect on why we act, think and feel the way we do, but importantly, provides the practical tools and inspiring stories to nudge you in the right direction.
I felt such a sense of belonging in Monday’s session, like I’d found kindred spirits. As an introvert, I’d been nervous about joining new groups before, but the vibe here is so warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental. I’m grateful for this community that feels like home.
A place where I can focus on my career but also on balance and fulfilment in life. What stands out for me is the sense of connection and purpose. Talking with women at different stages of their careers has been both inspiring and practical, and the mix of encouragement and gentle challenge keeps it meaningful. I’ve found real belonging and motivation here, so thank you for creating it.
Ex-lawyer. Ex-executive. Burnout survivor. Mollie Tregillis knows firsthand the cost of playing by corporate rules, and she’s determined to rewrite them.
She created The Fulfillment Lab as more than a membership. It’s a movement. A blueprint for ambitious women to thrive sustainably, joyfully, and unapologetically.
For Mollie, this isn’t theory, it’s lived experience. Countless of hours coaching and supporting women have shown her what the system takes from us, and what’s possible when we decide to do it differently.
The Lab is her answer: a community where women drop the old narratives, find their voice, and discover that success without burnout isn’t just possible — it’s inevitable.
