I had an inkling there was something much bigger out there for me. Something where I could make real impact in women’s lives.
I noticed during my career that so many women were struggling to ‘keep up appearances’. Trying to be perfect at work and home and losing their joy and spark as a result. Once I started to recognise how unsustainable this was, and how unsuitable the corporate structure really were for allowing women to thrive I knew I had to do something about it.
So, why did I do it?
I don’t want the smart amazing women I see around me to feel lonely, but I know many do. We don’t often feel safe to say “I’m struggling’, because we fear we are the only ones. Newsflash. It is pretty much every single one of you.
So I’m doing something about it throught The Fulfillment Lab. A mix of the best kind of coaching program, a bootcamp in living your best life, a thriving wonderful community, and a bucket load of support in many different media to suit your life, your needs and your time.
This blueprint is the work I’m doing myself and with other women, and the value is huge. The results: levelling up in life, in your career, and in your relationship with yourself (just small things, really).
Thriving is the standard, not survival. This is your foundation for feeling
fulfilled and in control.
Building practices of rest, creating space, and regulating your nervous system.
This is how you release stress and restore capacity.
Trusting your inner voice, knowing who you are, and standing firm in the worth
you bring.
Safeguarding energy and time, saying no without guilt, and creating the
conditions for sustainability.
Focusing on priorities, habits, and meaningful work. Shaping your contribution
without getting lost in busyness.
Sustaining energy, joy, and power. Keeping your spark alive in ways that feel
good.
Releasing perfectionism, overwork, and outdated corporate norms. Choosing
a more human way to succeed.
Surrounding yourself with women who “get it.” Creating connection, depth,
and support.
We truly valued ourselves and felt confident
We had strong boundaries and prioritised our own wellbeing, first and foremost
All whilst doing a damn good job at work and creating a career that allows us to shine.
Our cups need to be filled. We need to really embrace our own ways and drop the bullshit narratives we’ve pick up about what is ‘enough’.
There will never be a “right time” to finally put yourself first. The busyness won’t stop, the pressure won’t ease. But here, you’ll find women who get it, practical strategies that work, and the spark you’ve been missing. Fulfilment starts here.
